Leading today means giving direction in day-to-day operations while making change possible at the same time. Leaders are expected to decide, communicate, resolve conflicts, enable performance and provide security – even when they do not yet have an answer to every question themselves.
I develop programmes for new, experienced and future leaders. At the centre are one's own leadership role, clarity in communication, dealing with responsibility, effective decisions, and collaboration that strengthens people. Depending on what is needed, we also work on leading change, difficult conversations, hybrid collaboration, self-leadership or healthy leadership.
We do not work on an idealised notion of leadership. We work on the concrete situations, tensions and decisions of everyday leadership. New ways of acting are reflected on, tried out and translated into practice so that they remain available under real conditions.
