I am Eva-Maria Kraus – sparring partner, programme designer and transfer designer. Since 2005 I have been creating spaces for learning and change for leaders, experts, internal trainers and teams.

My work combines well-founded concepts with a clear view of practice. As the head of an ISO-certified institute, a multiple gold winner of the European Training Award and the author of „Zusammen führen“ (Leading Together), one question is at the centre of everything I do: what does it take for people not only to understand, but actually to act differently?

Theory only becomes valuable when people can change something with it.
